Cameron and Campbell

I'd always been told that my Cameron ancestors came from Fort William, Inverness-shire. I think that I've now found christening records for some of the children in Kilmonivaig parish. Can anyone tell me if Fort William is in the same parish or is nearby?

John Cameron, lockkeeper, born in the 1780s married Mary Campbell (born 12 Aug 1799), daughter of Donald Campbell 15 Sep 1824 in Kilmonivaig. They had children Janet, John, Donald, Mary, Ewen, Ann, Margaret, Alexander and Jean between 1824 and 1845. I can find birth/christening info for the first 6 children. The others may have been born in Ontario, Canada. The family moved to Ontario County, Ontario, Canada before 1851 and I can find them on the 1851 census for Beaverton, Thorah Township, Ontario County.

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone with information that may help with either the Donald Campbell family or the Camerons.
