I am looking for any information that would lead me to more information on what happened to Oscar Scofield's family when he passed.
Family has indicated that Thersa Jones probably headed back to Quebec with her son Sylvester Cecil Scofield. Sylvester being the older brother of Russell (youngest). Anyway chances are that would make at least 3 generations with the 3rd being living.
Family has tried in the past (before the internet) to get at the information within vital statistics, but it was very difficult. If you know anything about Sylvester Cecil Scofield, maybe he's in your tree? I would definitely like to hear from you.
