I am seeking information on Sally Ann Scofield who died in an airline crash in 1955. Specifically, I would like to know the particular crash (there were two near Denver in 1955, one in October and the other in November).

Obituary/article, Sally Ann Scofield, Genealogical & Historical Records of Preble County, Ohio, obirh1955055: "NEWS OF GIRL'S DEATH WITHHELD FROM GRANDMOTHER---The tragic news of the death of Airline Stewardess Sally Ann Scofield in the plane crash near Denver this week is being withheld from the girl's aged grandmother, a patient at the Rust Rest Home here.
An attendant of the home said Mrs. Martha Scofield's physical condition made it necessary to keep word of the death of here graddaughter from her.
Mrs. Scofield, 84 years old, has been at the Rust Rest Home for the past three months, coming here from Germantown where she resided with her daughter, Mrs. Bernice Haber.
The Scofields formerly resided in Eaton before moving to Dayton many years ago. Sally Ann's father, Herbert, now of Denver, spent his youth in this community, one of four sons in the Scofield family."
