Lewis' daughter Ella Scofield married Wilbur David Cook Sr. of Massachusetts who owned a large plantation and steel mill in Atlanta during the Civil War. they only had 1 child: Wilbur David Cook Jr. b. JUN 19 1869 Atlanta, Fulton GA. Ella died soon after it is believed and the Cook's returned to Massachusetts. trying to learn anything i can about the Schofield connection here.
