I'm not sure I can help directly, but my Swank (Schwenk) ancestors also lived in Berks County on the 18th century. Balthasar Schwenk died there in 1763, leaving 8 children. My ancestor, John Swank, married in 1769 and moved away, eventually to Kentucky. But he had three brothers, Jacob, Balthasar (b. 1757), and Abraham, and I have no idea what happened to them. Balthasar and Abraham were probably too young to have been Catherine's fathar, but Jacob might have been a possibility. He appears to have been born around 1750.
