We have some common ancestors. I am descended from Peter Schweitzer and his son Nicholas. I can provide some additional information about that line for you. I am interested in finding out more about the Berweiler connection in Germany/France. I'm doing some further research; there is a Bergweiler region in Germany and a Berweiler in the Alsace region of France. I will see what I can come up with on ancestry.com's Germany site.
In my possession I have a prayer card from Matthias Schweitzer's death that my great-aunt Annie Schweitzer had in her prayerbook. I can scan it this week and send it to you via email if you like.
