Hi Nancy,
I'm was raised in Shreveport during my teen years and recently found the Oakland Cemetery off Texas and Milam streets and had always passed the Greenwood Cemetery going to First Presbyterian. Last weekend I took some time to discover who all was buried there after I saw an article in the Shreveport Times about the historical significance of the cemetery and noticed T E Schumpert's crypt. Sorry, but I'm not related to this line, but a lover of history and family trees.
