I have traced my Germany Schumacher ancestry to my great-great-great-great-great grandfather Rudolphus Schumacher (married Gertrudis Helten on Nov. 24, 1750 in Barweiler,
Prussia, Germany). His son, Conradus Schumacher (b. May 20, 1789 in Wiesemscheid, Prussia, Germany (married to Anne Catherine Pitzen) is my great-great-great-great grandfather. His son, Joannes Josephus Schumacher (married to Maria Elisabetha Muller on March 7, 1809 in Barweiler) is my great-great-great grandfather. His son Phillipus Schumacher (b. January 6, 1810, Barweiler and married to Maria Elizabeth Steffens) is my great-great grandfather. I am hoping for information that can help take this geneology further back in time. I have one marriage record between a Rudolphus Schumacher (of Barweiler) and a Maria Dorschel (possibly Rudolphus's first wife, and possibly from Kelberg, Prussia, Germany since they had two weddings, one in Barweiler and one in Kelberg??) indicating that the parents are Jacobi Schumacher and Anna Theissen (born early 1700s, I would guess). Any help that anyone could give would be most greatfully appreciated. Thanks much.
