Karl/Carl Wilhelm Schulz, died - where - when ????

Karl born Jan 31, 1878 in Mainz, Germany. He arrived Port of New York on Feb 24, 1900 on the the "S.S.Aller" from Bremen, Germany. His last foreign address was Bastatt, Germany I have his birth certificate from Germany but can't read German.
He married twice.
First to Elsa Louisa Amalia Gerke on Jan 31, 1901 in Springfield, Mass. They had 2 children together; Ortrud Elsa and Erna Amanda.
He was heavily involved in music. As a piano teacher, organist, conductor in Springfield, Mass, New York City, San Francisco, St. Louis. He was at one time the Musical Director of the Telharmonium in Telharmonic Hall in NYC.
His 2nd marriage was in St. Louis, Missouri on Jan 20, 1920 by a Justice of the Peace to Edith Wathen.Edith was a stage singer in St. Louis, Mo. Her Mother was Louise Caroline Ashworth who married Thomas Wathen. Edith also had a sister Irene G Wathen who married Ercole Dominic Bafunno probably in St. Louis. Ercole's family were musicians.
Louise, Edith & Irene are buried in Valhalla Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo. Edith's death certificate says she is separated from Karl when she died in 1950.
His Draft Registration card for WW 1 show him in New York City and in WW II he was in San Francisco.
He declared his intention to become a US citizen on Nov 23, 1931 at the US District Court in St. Louis. He signed papers with Gwendoline Wike and Alfred Hall as witnesses on June 30, 1936 in the US District Court of New York and petition granted on June 20, 1937.
He was a roomer on 135 West 37 St., New York City at Gwendoline Wike'splace.
WHEN and where DID KARL DIE AND WHERE IS HE BURIED ??
