Schuller of AURORA, IL
Anybody researching one John or Henry or Harry SCHULLER or SCHULER of Aurora, Kane County, Illinois?I find him in the censuses of 1880, 1900, and 1910, but NOT in 1870.I would have expected to find him there because census says he came to America in 1864 and married one Eva Mirkes in 1867.
Eva Mirkes was my great-grandaunt, born in Jucken, Germany, near Luxembourg, in Jan 1845.
Supposedly Eva had 12 children but only 2 were living in 1900: Frank Peter Schuller, born 1879, and Elizabeth M. "Lizzie" Schuller, born 1872.Neither child ever married, and they continued to live in Illinois until at least 1946.Frank died in 1964; I don't know what became of Elizabeth.
Without descendants, they are going to be hard to track down.Anybody else know of any Schullers in Aurora?
John/Henry/Harry was born in Luxembourg in Nov. 1836.
