I received the pension records from the National Archives for John Likelin Schrimsher, which were filed by his wife, Maria Etta Williamson Schrimsher. According to the information she provided, they were married on August 17, 1857 by Rev. Nelson at Lallula, IL. He enlisted for the war at Brownsville, Nebraska in November 1862. Their children were Julia Kate Schrimsher, born 1858, Louisa M. born sept 17, 1860
America L or S Schrimsher born June 15, 1862, Anna B. born 1864 and John F. born 1866.

I would appreciate any information on this family.
