Carl Schrieber flute maker mid-1800's?

I am not related to the Schrieber family-however I was given a wooden flute by my father-in-law. On the main body of the flute is inscribed:
Carl Schrieber
Sole Agent
Lyon & Healy
I was wondering if anyone knows of a Carl Schrieber in their family who might have been a flute maker. Since the flute is wooden with metal keys, it was probably made somewhere in the mid-1800's.
Thank you,
Melissa Powers
