According to The New York Genealogical and Biographical Record, Vo. 115, No. 4, pages 215-219:

The Sara who married Paulus van der Beeck and the Anneken/Annetie who married Theunis Dirckszen Dey and Joris Martenszen Ryerse/Ryerson are sisters. They are the daughters of Johannes Lucasz Schouten and his wife, Sara Jans.

According to the marriage record of Sara Schouten and Paulus van der Beeck she was born in New Castle, Delaware. Baptism records for the time period she would have been born have not been found. However, both Johannes Lucasz Schouten and his wife, Sara Jans, were often sponsors for the children of their daughter Sara.

The baptism record (17 March 1666) for Anneken can be found in the Dutch Reformed Church of New Amsterdam (New York City). Her parents were also sponsors for several of her children.
