I'm looking for birth, parents and family of Ann Schofield (Scholfield) who married James Shaw of Dale - James Shaw, bachelor, md. Ann Scholfield or Scholefield, spinster, married at St. Chad's 19 Feb. 1789. Further info "James Shaw, Dale, d. 14 Mar. 1841, in 77 yr ; and Ann, his w., d. 27 Mar., 1831, in 63 yr. Buried at St. Thomas's Church, Friarmere."
Also, if there is a connection between James Shaw's wife, Ann Schofield and the John Scholefield who built Hull Mill.
