Frederick Schoff who came to Canada

I'm looking for my Frederick Schoff. He had 5 children that we know of. It is reported that his son Dennis came to Woodhouse Twp, Norfolk County Canada with his father, Frederick. My ancestor, Dennis' brother Michael came to Canada with his wife Freelove Culver and her family in 1793. Michael was born in 1765 in either Chemung NY or New Jersey. Dennis was born in Chemung.We thought we found his descendants but we may have been wrong. Any help would be appreciated. I do have info on Michael to present that I'm willing to share.
