Christian, GA Line, soldier was born in 1764 Effingham Co.,GA., and soldier stated he was left without parents at an early age.

Frederick, wife Elizabeth, MD, soldier married Elizabeth Pennybaker, 25 Jan 1785 in Berkeley County, VA and soldier died 12 Feb 1840. Widow applied 1850 in
Vinton County, Ohio.

John, soldier rec'd an invalid pension through MD agency, one John Snider a Clp was wounded at White Plains, NY

John or John Snyder, wife Elizabeth, Cont. and PA Line, soldier applied 1818 Dauphin County, PA aged 66 however in 1820 soldier gave his age at 69 with a wife but no children.Friend and relation are able to help him. Soldier married Elizabeth Black in Dec. 1818. Soldier died 11 Aug 1827 or 28. One Samuel Black stated he was at the wedding of soldier and widow, at which time she was living with her son-in-law John Ramberger and his wife Polly ( widow's daughter) by a fomer husband.

John or John Snyder, widow "Eme' NY Line, soldier applied 1832 Orange County, NY aged 76, a resident of Newburgh, NY. Soldier married Eme Slott in Oct. 1788. Soldier died 6 May 1834, widow applied 1839 in Plattekill in Ulster County, NY aged 84. Soldier and widow had a daughter, "Ann Catrien", born 2 Sept. 1789, It was stated that she (Eme) was married to a Mr. Stephens in 1776 and he died in 1785. Widow died 30 June 1840 leaving 3 children of which 2 are by her first husband, towit; Nicholas and William Stephens and 1 child by the Rev. soldier John Snider, towit; Mary (Snider) Decker.

John, VA, soldier was born about 8 miles from Phila. and he lived in Shenandoah County, VA at enlistment. Soldier was born in 1750. He applied in Ohio.

John, VA Line, applied 1819 in Brown County, Ohio aged 84. Soldier enlisted at Winchester, VA. Soldier reapplied 1834 however he gave his age at 96 and he was living with a son-in-law William Reeves in Brown County.

John Ludwig, PA Line, soldier was born 5 Aug 1746 at Michaelstadt, Germany, and he lived in Bucks County, PA at enlistment. Applied 1854 Clearfield, PA. A son Sebastian Snider was from Clearfield.

Jonathan or Jonathan Snyder, wife Elizabeth, GA Line, soldier applied Effingham Co., GA aged 72, soldier lived some 19 miles from Savannah at enlistment. Soldier married Elizabeth "Guame?" (no written clearly) on 26 Aug 1794. Soldier died 1835, his widow applied 1849 in Effingham, aged 75.

Peter, PA Line, soldier was born in Tillenberge in Germany, soldier lived in Westmoreland County, PA, then moved to KY for 12 years, to Highland County, Ohio.

Peter or Peter Snyder, SC Line, applied at Henry County TN. Soldier lived on the Catawba River in Lincoln County, NC at enlistment, soldier was born in NC. After his service he moved to GA then to Abbeville, SC then to Jefferson, TN then to Warren Co., KY and then to Henry Co., TN

Abraham, wife Maria, NY Line, soldier married Maria ____ in May 1775. Soldier died 29 July 1821, widow applied 1837 Rockland County.

Adam or Adam Sneider, PA Line, applied 1818 Fayette County, PA aged 63. In 1820 soldier had a wife Margaret and 3 children; Hiram 19, Solomon 17 and Lydia aged 10

Andrew, wife Lydia, NY Line, soldier was born 1 May 1762 at Marbletown in Ulster County, NY and he lived there at enlistment and he lived there till 1791. Moved to Hurley, same county. Soldier married Lydia Schoonmaker 18 Dec 1783, she was born 19 Aug 1766.
Soldier's brother, Christopher Snyder of Marbletown, had served with his brother Andrew. Soldier died 7 Jan 1841. Soldier's granddaughter Rebecca Jane Van Wagenen of Marbletown made aff'dt 1843. One John DeWitt made aff'dt and stated he and Andrew Snyder had served under a Capt. Fred. Schoonmaker.

Andrew or Andrew Schneider or Sneder or Schnider, PA Line, applied 1828 aged 113, Lancaster County on 13 June 1850. One Juliana Blantsford a widow age 80 made aff'dt in Lancaster, PA and stated that she became acquainted with the soldier through brother, Peter "Ropp" who had served in the Rev. Army with Andrew Snyder, the said Andrew lived at a Mr. George Rine's soon after the Rev at which time he had a wife Magdalena who died some 3 or 4 years after the Rev and it was stated after his wife's death he went to Germany to "get another wife" but returned without having married, he later married a Barbar "Metzer" in 1795 or 96 in Lancaster County. Soldier's son John made aff'dt in 1850, Lancaster Co., he was the son of the soldier's 2nd wife. Soldier's daughter Catharine (Snyder) Zook made aff'dt 1845 and stated that her father died at her home on 4 Nov 1845 leaving only herself and her brother John.

Christian, or Christian Snider, wife Magdalena, PA Line, soldier was born 1759 in Lancaster County, PA, he lived at York County at enlistment. Soldier married Magdalena Throft 14 Nov 1785 at Hanover, PA. Soldier applied 1834 at Baltimore, MD. Soldier died 27 Feb 1842 and his widow applied 1843 Carroll County, MD aged 75 a resident of Manchester, MD. Widow died 15 June 1851.Children; Jacob, Michael, Henry, Mary, Catharine, Laura, Rachel, Elizabeth and Polly. Soldier's brother John Snyder of York County, PA stated he was born 1768

Christoper, NY Line, soldier was born 24 Feb 1756 at Marbletown, NY.

Dieter, PA, soldier was born 2 May 1757 Berks County, he lived there at enlistment. He moved to Schuykill County, then to Dauphin County.

Elias, NY Line, soldier was born 1762 in Kingston, Martin Roosa aged 68 made aff'dt at Saugerties, NY in 1833 and stated that Elias Snyder and his father, Capt. Jeremiah Snyder were taken prisoner by the Indian and that he Martin Roosa was living with one Martin Snyder in 1780 and that in 1782 the said Elias Snyder lived with the above noted Martin Snyder, soldier's cousin Moses Snyder aged 42 made aff't at Mentz in 1832.

Frederick or Frederick Schneider, wife Mary, PA Line, soldier was born 10 June 1757, he lived in York County, PA at enlistment. He married Anne Mary George, 15 April 1787, and she was born 26 Nov 1764. Soldier died 29 Feb 1816 in Westmoreland County. Children; Elizabeth, Cathrine, she married a Mr. Kesler, John George, Adam, Peter, John, Frederick.

George or George Christopher Snider also as Christoper Snider or Snyder, wife Catharine, Cont.Line, soldier married Catharine _____ 23 June 1785 and soldier died 1 April 1819 leaving 2 children; Polly who married Samuel Lenhare and Catharine who married Philip Shade and both lived in Franklin county.

George, MD line, soldier was born 19 March 1754, soldier lived in Frederick County, MD at enlistment, lived in Baltimore for 22 years and the moved to Ohio.

George, NY Line, soldier was born 24 Oct 1750 at Germantown, "PA". He lived at Schoharie, NY at enlistment and he also served with a Lt. Jacob Snyder and a Capt. Peter Snyder, (no relationship stated)

Gottleb or Gotlib, wife Rachael, NY Line, lived at Canajoharie,at enlistment. Soldier married Mrs. Rachel (Murphy) Resner, widow of Jacob Resner in Jan. 1780 or 81 or 83. She was the d/o Patrick Murphy.

Henry or Henrichus Schneider, wife Maria, NY Line

Henry, wife Catharine, PA Line, soldier lived between Berks and Lancaster Counties. Soldier was the son of Henry Snyder Sr.. Soldier married Anna Catharine Krick on 21 Jan. 1785, soldier died 19 Oct 1802

Jacob. PA Line, soldier lived in Phila. at enlistment, soldier was born 24 June 1754 at Germantown.

John, Elizabeth, MD Line, Priivateer Service. soldier married Elizabeth, d/o William and Mary Foster on 27 Aug 1793, soldier died 23 Feb 1827.

John, NJ and PA Line, soldier was born 1757 Northampton County, PA, in 1811 he moved to Centre County

John, Margaret, NY, soldier married Margaret, d/o John Countryman in the fall of 1775. Soldier died 15 Nov 1824

John L. Marie, Ny, soldier was born 17 Feb 1763, he married Maria (?) in the winter of1788 at the home of Henry Gardiner some 1 or 2 miles from Troy.

Ludowick, NY Line, soldier was born in Livingston's Manor in Columbia Co., NY

Nicholas, wife Elizabeth, no unit of service given, soldier had lived at Northampton County, PA at enlistment, and he married there to Elizabeth Kern, at the home of William Kern. Soldier died 17 Oct. 1828 Northampton, the part that later became Carbon County.

Peter, MD Line, applied in Ohio, 1837. soldier lived in Washington Co "MA"? moved to Bedford County, PA, then to Washington Co., PA, then to Richland, Ohio. Soldier was born 1759 and he died 22 Aug 1842

Peter, NY Line, solder was born 10 Oct. 1763 at Claverack in Columbia County, NY. Soldier had a brother William.

Philip, PA Line, soldier died 1793 leaving only 1 son, George C. Snyder as his heir.

William, NY Line, applied 1832 aged 73, a resident of German Flats , NY. Soldier was also born there in June of 1759 and always lived there.
