Hi: My grandfather Michael Schneck was a candy maker in Milwaukee. I think he came from Austria or Germany. He died between 1935-1945. I have a photo of him in a European military uniform. He married Anna Raush (sp?)probably about 1900 in Milwaukee. They had 4 sons, Leonard, Edward, William/Hurbert(my dad 1915-1989), and Clarance. They had 2 daugthers, Dorthy and Clara. They have all died.

I have never been involved in genealogy, just came across this web site. I have a family tree we more history if you are interested. My grandfather lived on Cherry street, moved to Bayview, 2707 S. Superior st. where my uncle Leonard lived until he died in ~1974. I moved to Atlanta in 1976, then to Spokane, WA in 1990. I am a forensic scientist.

If you are interested, send me a line. I would like to know about my ancestors in Europe, hope there are no ax murderers! Thanks, Bill S.
