THANKS FOR THIS INFORMATION. DIDN'T THESE FAMILY LINES OF YOUR LINE SOMETIMES USE THE SURNAME SNOKE, I.E. IN PINE GROVE THOUGH? YES, I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE INFORMATION THAT YOU GIVE HERE. DO YOU HAVE AN ANNA MARIA SCHNECK B. AB. 1750, D. 11MAY1821 IN DAUPHIN COUNTY, WHO MARIED JOHANNES DITTY IN 1770; HE WAS BORN 1746, D. 1826? ON EARLIER SPELLING, I MOSTLY FOUND SCHNUG AND THEN AFTER THE 2ND OR THIRD GENERATION, MANY FAMILIES USED SNOKE. SOME, I BELIEVE IN NJ AND MD CHANGED THE NAME TO SNOOK. THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE.
