Michael, do you know of a Jacob Schmucker that was born while crossing the Atlantic to America in l74l coming from Germany. He died in l807 and had a daughter, Catherine born abt. l773 in Pa. and married Michael Baker in Ohio. Jacob also had a son, John Smucker. We use Smucker.
