I don't think this is the same Alfred Schick. I do not know the spouse of my Alfred Schick but I do know some of his children were Martha (my g-mother),Charles, Leo, and Margaret. Martha was born abt. 1895 so my Alfred should have been born in the mid to late 1800's. I do know that Alfred's son, Leo Schick, resided in Philadelphia and worked with ceramics. He would probably have been born around the turn of the century and that name might be helpful to your research. I know that Martha was confirmed in a church in the town of Maxatawny on the Berks/Lehigh Co. line. This might be where Leo was born.
Hope that helps,
