My Grandfather's was "missing in action" in the war. His name was/is Egon Scheffler. He was born April 6, 1920 in Riga Latvia. His father's name was Kurt Scheffler, married to Herta Fischer. They lived in Posen.
Does anyone know if any of my relatives are still alive? I know my Grandfather had a sister, but when my Grandmother (Johanna Marie Luise von der Kammer) came to Canada, all contact was lost.
