My cousin Harley Schneider, living in New Ulm, Minnesota has the best Fesenmaier genealogy in the US. There were 3 brothers who came to US from Wurtenberg - one went to Cumberland, Maryland, and then here - WV. Another went to Wisconsin, and a third went to New Ulm, Mn. I am from New Ulm branch, but when I moved here in 1978, discovered the last brewery in WV was run by Fesenmaiers. I wrote the history. I am last person in WV with the name. I have failed to find any birth records in Wurtemberg. We think the Fesenmaiers were "Vesenmeiers" there in Ulm, Germany.
