That's the same book that my mother has: The Schmitt Family. Now I do have data that goes back 2 more generations but it's too large to post here. The best way for you to see it all is to go to http://www.stockemer.homepage.t-online.de/ahnen01/website/example.html and open up the database. Do a name search for Mees, Anna and it will take you to her husband Jakob Schmitt, the earliest known of the line of Schmitt's. From there you can follow the generations forward to Theodore. It basically goes Jakob --> Johann --> Johann --> Theodore but there are a LOT of Johann's so it's a little more tricky than it sounds.

Incidentally Jakob was also the Mayor of Roehl from the end of the 17th Century until his death in 1745.
