I was able to research the Schaible name in a town called Neiderhofen in Wuerttemburg Germany by using the microfiche of the Catholic church records from that town through the local Mormon LDS library. Also take a look at the IGI to see if that might give you some other locations to look in Germany for Schaible records. If you can figure out an approximate birth date for your ancestors, request the church records from that time. I was able to get towns to look in from local Catholic church records. For example, an ancestor was married here and in the church records it listed his parents as being from Oberdischingen Wuerttemburg Germany, so I could request that towns records. (That ancestor was Peter Schaible, whose parents were Mauritz and Waldburga, Grandparents were Johanne Schaible and Veronica Frick from Neiderhofen)
