Age 62. Passed away on 8/31/09 in Kingston, WA. Celebration of Life to be held @ Gardiner Community Center (980 Old Gardiner Road, Sequim, WA 98382) on Saturday, September 12, 4:30 p.m. No flowers, please. Donations in his honor may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation.
