I went back to the microfiche. The record of intention for Eliza A. Teehan is also 1864, record 43, the same as for Dennis J. Scannell. Neither the city nor state records seem to contain the record of the marriage.
Bremen Place and Havre Street were different streets, both in East Boston. The only Catholic Church in East Boston at that time was Holy Redeemer. You may wish to check with the Diocesan archives. Their web address is http://www.rcab.org/archives/welcome.htm.
