Hi! I have a Daniel William Scannell, born in May of 1867 in Westmoreland County, New Brunswick. He had at least 3 brothers, possibly more. The one's that I know of are Thomas, born in 1858, in Saint John, N.B.; John, born in 1861, also in Saint John; and James, born in 1863, in Westmoreland County. Could this be your William Daniel? I have wondered for a long time where this family might have ended up since they disappeared from New Brunswick before 1871. Any idea what Williams parents names might have been?
