Hi folks,
Just to let you all know I found Marias birth and contrary to family belief she was born in Treforest,Glamorgan. She was the daughter of John Scannell m Esther Rose Dougherty in Pontypridd in 1875. I believe that John was born in Mallow, County Cork, Ireland abt1851-1853 and that Esthers parents were John Dougherty b abt 1810 & Bridget? b abt 1819.Am now looking for proof to back this up and birth records for John Scannell. Thankyou
