I am looking for information on the Scanlon family of South Baltimore. According to the 1870 census, Daniel Scanlon of Baltimore was married to Catherine (?). Dan born in Ireland in 1828 and Catherine in 1829. They had a 15 year old son John (born 1855) who was born in MD, so they arrived in the States prior to that year. They also had Mary (13), Daniel (7) Margaret (6) and Elizabeth (3). John Francis Scanlon married Josephine Price from Pennsylvania (looking for information on her) in 1884. They had 7 children. The oldest. John J Scanlon married Violet Murphy in Baltimore. Looking for all ties to this scanlon family.
