My Great Great Grandfather Joseph Webb was born in York Co., South Carolina. His third wife was Clarissa Ponder Perkins. Her first husband was a Perkins. I believe she was from York Co as well. Her father's name was Abner Ponder. You might try checking Hickman Co, Tennessee. That's where this bunch went to from York Co.
