THOMAS, Henry. 39 in 34. The petition of William McClam shows that Henry Thomas died Friday the 26th of Dec. last year (1862) and that the petitioner is the son-in-law of the said Henry Thomas. Sur. for McClam's bond, S. A. Cook and Abraham Moore. W. A. :J. A. Cook, A. Moor, Sherod Dennis, and R. B. Green. Note: principal buyer at vendue was Elizabeth Thomas.
