I am interested in finding some MEDLIN family members. Three children of John Wesley MEDLIN B. 1847, D. C. 1900, and his wife Josephine PATRICK,B.1857, d. c. 1900, who were probably living in Marlboro Co.,SC were orphaned when their parents died. One son, John Rufus MEDLIN b. 1887, later settled in the Lane area of Williamsburg Co.,SC. His brother Joseph Alexander "Sandy" MEDLIN b. 1886, later settled in Cades, Williamsburg Co.,SC. Their sister, Mattie stayed in Marlboro Co. I would be glad to hear from anyone with any info on the descendants of these families.
