Hi,
I'm searching for any information about the parents of Mary Marsh, who was born in Williamsburg County on June 1, 1824.
She may have had Cherokee Indian blood. She married Edward Thomas Ray about 1847, and had boys named George Washington Ray, Francis Marion Ray, and Plowden Weston Ray. These folks lived in Williamsburg and Georgetown Counties all their lives. Mary died in 1905 and is buried near Hemingway.
