Seeking information and willing to share on the following families WRIGHT - HAWKINS - VEALE from Union District SC > Daviess Co., IN.
Roderick & Catherine Wright of Union District SC - known children born in SC:
James C. b. 1793,
Lavenia b June 1798,
Wiley b 7 Feb 1799,
Speculate that Roderick was born between 1756 and 1774.
The wife Catherine was born in 1763, may have been a second wife to Roderick.

Roderick Wright will dated 16 Aug 1803 and recorded 29 Nov 1804 Union District, SC. Administrators of the will were the wife Catherine, James C. Veale and William Hawkins.
The wife, Catherine, and children left Union District South Carolina and are later found in Daviess Co., IN living near the James C. Veale, William and Eli Hawkins families.
Question what the connection was between the Wright, Veale & Hawkins families, if there was a blood connection in addition to being neighbors - possibly through Roderick's wife Catherine and/or the Right/Wright girls married to the Hawkins brothers.
