Marilyn, I was entering information about Elizabeth Bishop, b. 1750, d. 1786; daughter of Thomas Bishop connected to the Martindale/Pearson family and got into this forum looking for more information on the Pearson Family of Union County. When I saw your posting, I was curious if there could be a connection. If you can tell me where your grandfather was born, I will look in ancestry.com for you.
