GEE, Hilary, fl bef 1772 SC Buffalo Creek

I would appreciate any information which might help identify (or place with family connections) Hilary GEE mentioned in a 1772 SC plat for Pierce BUTLER on Buffalo Creek:

GEE, HILARY

I believe BUTLER was Maj Pierce BUTLER of the following memorial:

GEE, HILLERY

http://www.archivesindex.sc.gov/Archives/search/details.asp?index=146224&table=AllArchivalData&tableLook=MainIndex

Following up on Jonathan PARKER, I find the following (variation?):

GERY, HILLORY

http://www.archivesindex.sc.gov/Archives/search/details.asp?index=150091&table=AllArchivalData&tableLook=MainIndex

I'm wondering if Hilary GEE might be GUE or JAY.

I have noted a Tabitha GEE in my research.

My interest in the Buffalo Creek (of Fairforest Creek) settlers is in their proximity to a Thomas GREEN, Tabitha GREEN and Elisha GREEN family.

Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
