I found the following list in the manuscript room at the South Carolinian Library on USC campus in Columbia, SC. The list was a microfiche of the original documents. Some names are hard to read and unfortunately, attempts to copy my copy have been unsuccessful. I will annotate guessed names by (?) after the name. Some members were exhiled and due to respect for their descendants, I will only include last names for these members. Some members are marked as dead and I will include that in the listing. Other members have an X by their name, and since I do not know what this means, I am not including the X.
