Sanders in Eastatoe Township 1870

Can anyone shed light on the family of Elisha Sanders for me? I believe that John, age 3, residing in Elisha's household, is my
grandfather John Hampton Sanders, who died in 1923 in Greenville from an illness caused by an accident at work (Southern Railway). His brother, Asbury G. Sanders, attended the funeral from Atlanta.

Elisha may be his grandfather rather than father. Other Sanders on this census include the families of Elijah Sanders (son of
Elisha), Charles Sanders and James
Sanders. I'm looking for any information on John Hampton's parents and other relatives.
