Elizabeth and Mary were daughters of James Sanders and Nancy Drakeford of Kershaw Co SC. James died in 1832 and the family moved to Pickens Co by 1840: Known children were Drakeford b.1801, Margaret (West)b.1803, Richard (md Mary Strickland)b.1805, James (md Charlotte)b.1808,two females named above, Nancy b.1820, and Wm F (md Ann Corder)b. 1823. They lived in the Olney area, and some are buried in Unity Cemetery. No marriage records in your county hampered our search; only recently did we learn their names from a court record in Kershaw Co SC.
