Monroe Reams is found in the 1900 and 1910 censuses in Garvin, Anderson County, SC with his wife (Amanda) Elizabeth, daughter Clio (c1890) and son Clinton (c1894). Monroe is still there in 1920 with his wife Elizabeth. According to the South Carolina Death Index, Monroe Reams died in Anderson County March 7, 1926.

This is not my family so I don't have any further information.
