Where did you get the names of Tacy's parents and how do I see/view the Indian Funds list your talking about her kids applying for ?
I found George Clark and his second wife Mary in Pickins County, GA., USA. 1880 Jerusalem, Pickins Co., GA.,USA the Page 32;Dist#1 EN 165. I got it from microfilm at Rome's library. I have it as a photocopy , but not of the top where this info would be.
