Burt Moore's will was probated April 1836 and his estate was sold May 1836. His lawyer was Bailey Barton. I have found Burt's Will, Estate inventory and Sale, but not an estate distribution. The distribution should list his "legal heirs" according to the directive in his will. If you could look this up the next time you are at the court house I would appreciate it. The staff at Pickens Co. looked, but they said they only found a copy of his will. The last name may be spelled More.
