Marriages in Oconee Co., SC late 1870s early 1880s

Does anyone know if the County Courthouse of Oconee County has marriage books for the late 1870s and early 1880s? I am looking for some marriages in Oconee County and cannot seem to find any of those I am seeking on the web. Just wondering if maybe the courthouse burned at one time. I am looking especially for a marriage for:
W. A. (William Abraham) HAYS/HAYES to a Mary between 1873 to 1876. See census for 1880 below. If anyone has any information on who the Mary might be, I would appreciate hearing from you.
Thanks,
Ruby
