Origin of Wilson family in SC

My ancestor, John Wilson, (born bef 1771), with his son Hugh(b 1791 SC) were living around Flowery Branch Ferry on the Chattahoochee River in 1817 with Irwin, Sion, Simon and Lazerus Strickland. Also Lewis, Sion, Jacob and Levi Crow. This was still Indian land and the Indian agent asked them to all move back behind the line, which would have been in Hall county. Hugh, Thomas and Robert were later living on Flat Creek (1820&1830)in Hall co.

Johnís children were: Hugh Wilson (b1791 SC) m. Jane Hamilton 1813 Hall co, Robert (b ca 1795), Elizabeth (b 1800) m, Drury Strickland, Mary Ann Wilson (b 1801 SC) m William Blaylock ca 1826, John Wilson (b1803) m Miranda Nelson, Alice Autel (b 1805 SC) m William Ambrose Edwards, J. Thomas (b 1807) m Julia Unknown, Hannah (b 1810), Jane (b1812). John's wife was named Nancy.

John (b 1803 SC)moved from Hall co to Walker co about 1833 and had the following children. Savilla, Artilla, Nancy Jane, Julianna Louisa, Mary Craige, Walter Webster, John Carouth, James Lawson, Thomas Green, William Hugh Taylor, D. Franklin, Therron Scott.

The DNA haplogroup for this Wilson family is I2b1a.

I am trying to connect this line to a Wilson line in South Carolina. I believe they left SC around 1808 or 1809. Any information on South Carolina Wilsons that might connect would be appreciated.
