Thank you so much for posting all of these. However this is all information that I pretty much have. I'm actually the billiongraves contributor that you linked to here. I have confirmed that Phillip Freeman was the original Jacob Bruce Freeman's Father. I found his headstone by Jacob's. It was turned over down on the ground. I Am extrememly interested in finding more information on Phillip and his wife.

as for Jacob Bruce "Frog" Freeman....This is my great uncle. He's actually listed wrong on the 1940 Census. He's listed as Tobe Freeman *son*. My grandfather is the 3 year old Marvin Freeman.

Are you related in someway to the Freemans?
