Looking for William Mullenax, born about 1795 in South Carolina, married Harriett unknown about 1820 in South Carolina. We have found him listed in several census records with at least four different spellings of his surname those being, Mullenax, Mullinax, Mullens, and Mullinay. All list his wife as Harriett last name unknown. Also if one can believe any of these census records, they had between 5 & 12 children. One daughter having no less than 7 differnt spellings of her name: Those being Ceisser, Elisser, Kissiah, Kezziah, Hezziah, Hezgiah, Kissier. On her death notice she is listed as Kissire Cape. (She was my gr. gr. gr.grandmother.)We would love to find out any information about her father, William Mullenax, his wife and children. One last note: Harriett, is listed in the census as being born in both South Carolina & Virginia, between 1800 & 1808. Thank you; Lewis
