PLANTATION IN OLD BERKELEY COUNTY, 1700'S

I need to know who was the original HARBIN who had a plantation by that name which is under Lake Moultrie in old Berkeley County, SC. It was owned by a Theodore Samuel MARION in 1809 when he gave it to his daughter as her dowry when she married Sam DU BOSE. Who did MARION buy it from, and when? If that was not a HARBIN, who did that owner buy it from & when? Thanks so much.
