I am intrested in a Henry Rogers listed on the 1880 census in Hillsboro Twnshp, Marion County. Listed on the census says he was born abt. 1797, widowed. Living in the household is Mary Rogers(says daughter or daughter in-law)age41, R.A. Rogers, grandson, age 21, and M.A. Rogers, granddaughter age 14. I am looking to see if anyone may have this family in their line. I am trying to find out if the R.A. Rogers may be my husbands ggrandfather that I have been searching for for about 10 yrs. My husbands grandmother was Hattie Rogers, her mother was Amanda Whittington who married Roland or Alvarez Rogers, I have been told both names, I was wondering if this R.A. Rogers could be the ggrandfather I am looking for. If anybody knows anything about this line I would really appreciate it.
