Hello Lee County,
We are seeking info on the following ancestors of Jeremiah Russell McLeod,b 1828 d 5-5-1860,who drowned while partying on a boat in Boykins Mill Pond,he was married to Alice Richardson b 1832(also need info on her ancestors as well)they had,Ellen b 1854
Daniel Owens b 5-13-1855 d 3-14-1932
Elizabeth Jane b 11-23-1856 d 10-18-1946 m William Marion Sanders,
Alice,Jr b 1859 d 1933
we know that Jeremiah's mother was still living when he drowned and he had a brother as well,howeever we do not know anything about these folks or others in his ancestry but would very much like to know anything we can get.Jeremiah,Alice,Elizabeth Jane and Wm M Sanders are buried at the Old Rembert Church in Woodrow,Lee Cty ,SC.
