Bryson family from Ora

I am seeking any information concerning the James Bryson family that lived near Ora in the early-mid 1800's. James died abt. 1832 and was buried in Bethel ARP cemetery at Ora and his widow and children were early members of the Providence ARP Church prior to their pastor, Rev. J. L. Young, bringing them to Bethany, MS in 1851. His daughter Emily was the 2nd wife of my gg Grandfather Matthew Hunter Bryson following the death of his first wife in MS in 1852. I'm really trying to trace Matthew's roots back to Laurens County since his parents, Robert and Sarah Hunter Bryson lived in the county, but I'm not sure if it was near Ora or not. Any assistance would be appreciated.
